Volunteering time and skills is a popular way for many to get involved in supporting us without financial input. After all, it is not simply about planting out our sponsored trees (as simply satisfying it is when one does) but it also involves growing them out (as close in situ as possible), rehabilitating the sites (where regeneration is needed) prior to planting them out, administration and project coordination requirement, raising awareness levels of the benefits, etc.
Here are some ways you can support us other than financially:
Sign up yourself into to our one or both of our Community Rewards Programs and let every swipe count – join here!
Sign up shoppers into one of our rewards programs and select an animal or environmental cause close to your heart by sharing our registration link with your special cause code number. Whatsapp 072 614 8093 for details.
If you are in our area, volunteer your labour and join in and plant trees on any one of our monthly volunteer planting sessions; Planting trees is not simply about getting them in the found into bio-mimicked forest patches but is an significant activity in grounding and reconnecting to mother nature – contact us.
We are on a mission to expand the wildlife corridors, clean up riverine forest patches and reduce fire hazards throughout the Garden Route. List your land for identification as a rehabilitation and reforestation site on our database (Garden Route only) – contact us.
Establish a mini satellite nursery of indigenous forest trees under the guidance of PTP – learn more.
